Better Reports

I set up custom reports in a jiffy, with exactly the data I needed for our processes. When I ran into a snag, the customer support was simply excellent, putting together a custom field for me in a matter of seconds. Highly recommended!

This app seems to be user-friendly and revolutionary, it has a bunch of built-in fields and variables when you want to work around on different dimensions of your report. Plus, Customer Service is quite remarkable particularly Rishika Badwal, (s)he is too responsive, accommodating, and courteous. (S)he ensures to leave no stone unturned whenever we raise a ticket. I usted this app because I needed a very specific report, and they not only did exactly what we needed but also saved us an incredible amount of time. Now we can focus in selling without the need of spreadsheets. Everything Shopify Reporting does not let you do can be done with this app. For our use case, it was nice to filter by Order Tags.

This reporting app works great, with stellar service! We have somewhat of a unique use case that required multiple changes and small report customizations, and Clement patiently worked with us through them all, making each requested change within 24 hours. He's gone above and beyond to make sure that we have the exact reports that we need. We looked at a different reporting app with a lower price point, but they were not nearly as flexible, responsive, and involved in suggesting solutions and predicting potential problems. Highly recommend Better Reports!

Basic shopify plans have very limited reporting capability making it hard to get the data you need for making decisions. I found Better Reports was very easy to use, and made getting data fast a painless process. There are lots of preset reports and easy to use slicers and filters. It never takes more than a few minutes to get the answer you need. Highly recommended.
