Better Reports

This is the 3rd reporting app I have tried and it is far better than anything I have used. The customer service is extremely quick and helpful in designing the right report to use. The app is very easy to use yourself as well as I caught on within minutes. Highly recommended.

I have no doubt they'll get to 5 stars, the only things that warranted 4 stars today were the occasional issues loading changes to reports and the overall visual appeal/user-friendliness. Takes a bit of time to figure your way around, but once you do it's a very valuable tool that works well with other apps. Customer service is top notch as well with speedy, friendly responses to any questions/issues and oftentimes can create the report you're hoping for. Would certainly recommend.

Great tool to get relevant data from Shopify (e.g. new vs returning customers) and integrate it in other platforms (e.g. Datastudio) through daily scheduled reports.

As an experienced retailer it's been hard to find a no nonsense / intuitive app where you can manipulate data and report on all fields available in Shopify. This is a one stop shop for everything from sales / customer / inventory / margin (and more) reporting. If something isn't available they will add it. The support so far has been outstanding. The app isn't pretty, but nor is excel so I don't mind. It's also not cheap (I'm paying the full subscription) but happy to pay as it's saved so many headaches.

I've been using Better Reports for a few weeks now and it's really opened up how we can use shopify reporting and immediately added value and insight into our customer shopping trends. The customisation is huge with this App and really breaks down the walls Shopify put up around it's reporting. What's even better, however, is the support. The response time is incredible and the agents are always incredibly helpful and willing to support on anything, even just as simple as navigation or finding the right measure they already have in. They are also happy to help build reports if you are struggling.

I've searched for a long time to find an app that lets me build reports with the descriptions and metrics that i am looking for, add filters etc. as you would with a BI system like Oracle. It also allows you to create your own calculated metrics. The only thing I am missing is a guide that has the definition of some metrics. I am especially interested in finding out how to calculate return rates on quantities.

I've used Better Reports for two years. They've been responsive to my questions concerning adding Shopify data elements such as PayPal transaction IDs to their report. I highly recommend this report.

The app provides deep insights that you won't get out of the box with Shopify Analytics. If you are needing deeper information about your business, products, inventory, etc. This is the solution. Their Support team has been extremely helpful and responsive when we have reached out. Keanna in Support was especially helpful.

The rep took time refining a custom report that works for my particular needs. I think Better Reports will make my bookkeeping more efficient.
