Amazing app and great customer service!! They were quickly able to create a custom report that will make us so much more efficient in preparing orders for daily pick-up and delivery.

I use better reports for shopify on a daily basis. The number one reason to choose this reporting is that their customer service will help make custom reports if there is anything that it doesn't have out of the box.

I use this app to create and use various custom reports in addition to the standard existing reports. Its fairly simple to use and you can tweak the existing reports to suit your needs.
Customer support is quick to respond and gives additional tips based on your queries.
