Amazing app and the best and most important part: the customer service is AMAZING and HUMAN! There is no chatbot you have to get through, you just go straight to a human who is VERY VERY knowledgeable on how the app works. Claudia is who I have worked with and she is so so so helpful! A powerful and easy to use report tool. You can start with one of the built in reports and easily save it as a custom report and redesign it in the way you want. The support is amazing. I reached out to them when I needed help with a report. I got a very swift response from Claudia who created a new version of the report where she adjusted it just the way I needed it, and also posted a very instructive and enjoyable video.
