Hi My name is MaryAnn Mahfouz of Marc Fisherfootwear and wanted to write a review about Claudia Aubin with Better Reports, she was so helpful with helping obtain information. Her response time was great. I would love to work with her again.

I needed what I thought was basic reports from Shopify for a government audit. Was shocked they didn't offer what I needed and it would've meant manually inputting data for more than 3,000 accounts - total nightmare and waste of time. This app saved the day and working with Keanna was easy and effortless. She created the reports I needed very quickly, and was even able to redo them in the currency I needed. Don't waste time and money on other apps - highly recommend!!

Been using BR for four years and I rely on it to run some critical aspects of my production and logistics, so much so that I have not had to create a bespoke solution for many workflows since I installed it. Support and customisation are always a fast and friendly experience. Could not recommend higher, and have put a few other Shopify stores onto this product. Well done BR team!

Besides some custom work that has to happen on certain reports, the app is very robust, and their support is outstanding. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

I tried a different (cheaper) App prior to Better Reports but did not like the results. I started using Better Reports this morning and LOVE it. I created a few custom reports and the support team helped me tweak some of the parameters. They answered my email request in just a few minutes. They are currently working on an End of Day (Z Out) report for me since Shopify does not provide one. I am very happy with how easy it is to make reports and the quickness of their customer support response time.

These reports have helped us streamline orders during our busiest times and have saved us so much time!

AH! I can't even believe I haven't reviewed this app yet! I literally use Better Reports EVERY SINGLE DAY (even on the weekends). It guides our business in profound ways. I just made a weekly report that evaluates profitability per order and orders over time so we can evaluate the effect of some pricing increases we just made. The information in Better Reports DRIVES our business.

It isn't pretty. There are no fancy charts. It's PURE DATA. If you need pretty charts, you're going to have to make those yourself.

But pure data is what I need; since it's SO INTENSELY CONFIGURABLE, I can create a report for almost anything that I want to know... and if I can't find a data point that I'd like to see, I just reach out to their support (live chat) and they'll create the data point... they've even created new reports for me when I get stuck trying to envision the data I'm trying to get. Their customer service is really great (Hi Keanna!).

I've used tons of metrics apps and dashboards, including Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Peel (as well as the standard Shopify reports that come with Shopify Plus). We are a very data-driven business, and there are infinite ways of slicing and dicing data... I believe that Better Reports actually provides a competitive advantage because I can investigate theories that other CEOs just don't have access to.

My only complaint is that the cost goes way up for Shopify Plus, and since Shopify Plus has pretty robust and configurable report building, it's a little duplicative.

But with Better Reports, I can automatically schedule reports to be published to Google Sheets, and use Zapier to take the Google Sheets, and post those numbers in Slack... so it provides us a cool opportunity to have real flash report data whenever we need it, where we'll see it. So ultimately, it's worth it.

There is nothing else like this app.

Amazing App. Shopify needs to acquire it, seriously. It is wild that you cannot create custom reports within Shopify based on simple things like tags, order values, etc but with Better Reports there isn't a single report you can't do.

I needed help with a report that would display revenue with both CAD USD currencies, and their team made it within minutes for me by adding in an average exchange rate % so that we can get a better holistic few of total revenue. (Our store captures in multi-currency)

Best support team and awesome app UX. Very easy to use. Saves my team so much time creating their monthly report presentations as well.

The app provides deep insights that you won't get out of the box with Shopify Analytics. If you are needing deeper information about your business, products, inventory, etc. This is the solution. Their Support team has been extremely helpful and responsive when we have reached out. Keanna in Support was especially helpful.

Was apprehensive to pay for an app that Shopify should natively be able to do. However, I needed more detailed reports, and Better Reports did not disappoint. The support is amazing and helped me create reports on the spot. Well worth the money.
