Better Reports

This is a great app, the customer service is absolutely amazing! Anytime I need a special report, I ask for help and then they set it all up for you pretty quickly.

Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply. Better reports help to create more granular reports where Shopify native reporting falls short. Their techsupport is able to help with any custom field that we need added and are very responsive and helpful as they can be. Sometimes large report exports can only be in csv , but they provided personalized helpful video to import to excel in right number formatting.
