BR ‑ Better Reports

If I could give this app and their customer 100 stars I would. I have used this app daily for 5 years. I’m amazed again and again the power of data I have at my fingertips at any given moment. The customer support is second to none. They are extremely fast, friendly, patient, and do whatever it takes to help you get any information you need. I can’t imagine doing business without this app. It’s a game changer! It pays for itself over and over.

I have used this app for over 2 years. I asked for help when we got it to get the reports formatted the way that Finance has been used to with our previous system. Within a day, we had the reports set up the way we needed. If i have a question or the reports need adjustment, I can reach out for help and get solutions within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this app and it's developers because the information they provide is quick and easier than trying to do it ourselves by trying to get the information from Shopify.

The actual app is a lifesaver, given limitations of Shopify reporting.
Better Reports gives you access to every single data point that exists within Shopify, and can report on it. The actual functionality of the app and building reports is very easy to use also, works much like an Excel pivot table. The only thing i struggle with sometimes are the titles of all the different value fields just because there are so many! But Customer service is absolutely next level - always a real person who is so quick to answer and who has expert level knowledge of the workings of the app. 10/10 without hesitation recommend. It changed my work-life!

Absolute Game Changer!
Shopify Reporting is.... not great. This makes it amazing! Easy to use, most reports we want are out of the box and they have helped build dozens more for us, including a tricky currency conversion one for disputes.
Well worth every penny!

I really enjoy using this app for my everyday work. One feature that would make it even better would be the ability to lock reports, so that no one can accidentally make changes. Having that option would be a huge win-win tool for protecting data accuracy and preventing mistakes.

Great service from Claudia at Better Reports. Requests for new reports to be written are turned around very fast. Recommended for stores that require more detailed reporting than Shopify provides and/or owners who don't have the time to create reports from scratch.
