We have been searching for this app and it's capabilities for 7 years! To be able to pull such comprehensive and flexible reports is beyond valuable to us as a small business. You have saved us HOURS of work each week!

I don't usually write reviews. But I can't say enough good things about this app. I was spending a whole day every 2 weeks on merging inventory and creating reports. This app saved all that time for me. It is definitely worth the money. The ladies I have bothered and emailed multiple times have been extra patient and sweet. Quick response and answered all my questions in detail for me.

Kind of challenging to use, and expensive (pricing is based on your shopify plan, not usage of the app itself-- kinda wild) but support is both responsive and helpful

Also they could fix the load times of complex reports, especially for the amount we pay

EDIT: their support kindly fixed the loading time issue by restructuring the report, working great now

After switching to Shopify as our POS system for our Gift Shop, we had no functional reports or a means to create them through Shopify. We discovered Better Reports which created specific reports for our business. We had a great customer service connection, with exceptional delivery and follow-up.

Everything Shopify Reporting does not let you do can be done with this app. For our use case, it was nice to filter by Order Tags.

Great app and great support, thank you Claudia! Helped us set up custom reports that automate manual tasks.

Claudia Aubin was super helpful when I needed to created an aged A/R report. Communication was quite and easy. She understood everything and did a great job!
