This app has been great! We just reached out to them to build us a customer report, and they responded and delivered very quickly! Plus, it was just what we were looking for...and then some!! Highly recommend.

Sometimes I can't find what i'm looking for. Building your own reports is possible, but not the easiest. After reading through the reviews. I read the support can create almost anything for you. And yes for sure, they did that.

Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions.

As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.

Simply the best app we have purchased to help us display our Shopify Online Store data. Great customer service! They had our report layout done in minutes and we were on our way! We highly recommend Better Reports to all of our Shopify friends!
