This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.
The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.
Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!
Really good customer service as they'll help you with any ideas you have to make custom reports. And they do it fast. This is a very good thing, bc my only gripe is the interface is confusing for the lay person to navigate/implement ideas. I'm usually able to fiddle through and create some basic reports that I want to see, but I often call on them to help me dial it in.
Support staff is EXCELLENT. Fast response, efficient, accurate and courteous. They don't just send links or videos, they actually resolve the inquiry, explain how they did it and all within a very short timeframe.
I recommend this platform and support staff immensely!
