At first it can seem daunting but once you get to grips with it, the information is very helpful and far better than the standard reporting in Shopify. The team are also always happy to help make custom reports for us and to help explain any reasons why we can't maybe get the exact data we need.
The customer support for Better Reports is incredible! If I need a report but I'm having a hard time generating it myself, the team will not only generate the report for me but also walk me through step-by step on how to do it!
App is really easy to use and gives good insight into data. Customer service team are very helpful and quick to respond! Claudia was great at helping me to set up reports. Thank you! :)
I have used the Better Reports app on multiple websites and most of the time really easy to use the "canned" reports or Modify to fit a specific need.
