This is the most Horrible service i ever had in my life i think this company need to be closed and sued ... I am almost 1 year with this service and yet the MIP sinchronization is not working half of the products on the shop is showing as excluded the margins are not correct showing price on my shop much higher than i set it up i constantly need to fix everything manually ... Sorry but i payed for automation service not for manual work ...
Customer service gives the AI generated replies ... and never solve the problem the CDON connector which cost me 1000 euros per year never was activated becouse i was not approved with a CDON market place application is still pending and customer service there is not responsive .. How the company can sell the marketplace connectors for this price knowing that the applications can be not approved ????? its a crime to sell something like this without informing the person that the marketplace approval is not guaranteed ... . the Market place can reject your application so what u paid money for???? its impossible to use the connector without the Marketplace approval and the Big Buy does it and charging thousands of Euros for that ....i think this is a CRIME all this people need to go to gail . I Requested for FULL refund and i will take a Legal actions against this company .
the worst service that can only be found. orders can be collected about 4 days. Support just terrible they just ignore or say that is not available, but on the site they have. In no case do not cooperate with them only waste money and customers
Worst app out there. Stay away and save yourself the trouble of even trying to figure it out. Just read the other reviews. I pray for this company to go out of business. It´s absolutley terrible. Support is awful an you can only talk to a bot. The categories doesnt work in Shopify, and they will import over 300 categories with 0 products in them. If you try to delete them, they will appear in your store the next day. Dont even think about changing anything on the products, the changes will be undone the next day. Biggest waste of my time.
Exceptionally bad company. We've been waiting for a refund on a canceled test order for three weeks and despite multiple interactions with so-called customer service and ditto promises to make amends, the funds have yet to be returned.
Advice: don't do business with BigBuy.
Terrible app. Don't waste your money or your nerves.
Descripions, names, picture quality is just bad. Support is pointless and not helpful. Prices mostly same as any other electronics shop. Lot of problems.
You pay monthly almost 100€ for what ? Nothing that other suppliers wount give you free.
There own webpage is slow and buggy, very annoying to use. Not user friendly.

All the positive reviews seems to be from people who are new and it looks like they asked them for reviews. After working for a almost a year with BigBuy and if you are reading this review note the following.
1) their prices are sometimes HIGHER than those of official retailers (we focus on niche perfume and skincare)
2) it's very hard to compete against other retailers and make money, for some orders we actually lost money.
3) BECAUSE of BigBuy's INSANE shipping policy, in many cases if you are ordering 2+ items, they will charge you TWICE for the shipping, which is alwasy 10 - 15 EURO (crazy price for Europe) and you lose money. as your margin is low and you are not able to cover their shipping with it.
4) Shipping is crazy slow, two weeks at least to Greece or other countries that are not close to central Europe.
5) when something happens during the shipping BigBuy will not help you in any way — you are on your own.
6) in general all their backend is not perfect, and there are a lot of small things you have to figure out.
7) be prepared to write all descriptions and find images for your products -- their images in many cases are very bad, they provide only a single image, sometimes (very often) there is a mismatch between name/description/product.
8) Also if your order is going to Spain they will charge you VAT anyway which is 21%.
Now what they are doing is -- they are not updating their catalogs properly, customer orders something, they were silent in my case for 1 week, the customer was inquiring about their order, as nothing was happening. Then turns out they don't have the product.
Today they silently issued a refund for one of the orders, not stating anything about the order. We are getting 1 star reviews and getting very frustrated customers. The service is horrible. We are looking for alternatives.
Just know this before you start with bigbuy. \

No serious supplier. A stock level of average 16%, 84% OUT OF STOCK for months now. No communication, only vague promises that they are working on a new system. This is absolutely not a serious partner to work with on a dropping shipping basis. We had to stop all our marketing efforts because of their lack of supply. So no sales anymore from our side. We are looking for another supplier.
Would be good when Shopify request better performance from BigBuy.

I bought 4 webshops with the hope that…
I bought 4 webshops with the hope that integration with Shopify would be easy and that I would get support and help..
It has now been over 9 months and BigBuy's support is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and they have refused to help and instead send some stupid training video that must have been for the previous version of what it looked like on BigBuy's platform because it has absolutely not been of any help as none of the information is correct!!!
It is not only shameful, but I feel robbed as I have paid a lot of money for several webshops without being able to get started, and when I have asked for a refund on the last three occasions, they have completely refused to answer me!!!

29.3.2024: Starting Process RMA / Exchange Damaged Hardware by Deliver
A really bad RMA Process, Worse Customer Support i have ever seen. Ridiculous working case times. You will suffer from Bad Experience for your customers and your reputation will get lower, because they don't understand their work.
10.4.2024:
No answer until today
Hotline is giving after 6 tries of Calling an Notification to another Department
(in my eyes a ridiculous Service! They are seems to be a ripping of Scam)
25.4.2024:
1 Month later, still not changed or sent the new harddisk, the customer sent 14 ago the harddisk back. Argumentation by bigbuy, the are looking manually in their post entry, where they can find the harddisk. All in all this service is like a joke.
7.5.2024:
Until today no response from BigBuy about Harddisk, Customer is still waiting for changing broken harddisk!!!
8.5.2024:
No response. The referred Hotline is nobody taking my phone call. The Information is please try again later and putting off line. Also tried support in 2 languages german and english, no difference!
Today i canceled the paying contract.
Summary:
Wasted 800 Euro, Unsatisfied Customers, Wasted hours of my time.
If there would exist 0 star, i would rate it with zero stars!
