I have upgraded my shopify plan from monthly to annually for the sole purpose of wanting to use bigbuy, but when I open the BigBuy App, I get the same error message, that I have to switch to an annually Shopify Plan to use BigBuy. So, sadly, I still cannot use BigBuy

Ich hab mir das e-commerce angebot gekauft und versuche nun die App mit meinem Shopify Account zu verbinden, was anscheinend nicht funktioniert, da ich Shopify dafür jährlich haben muss, obwohl ich das Angebot bereits gekauft habe.

1) The app works with any Shopify plan. With monthly plan, you can synchronize everything, except the carriers' shipping rate.
2) If you have Yearly Plan, but you cannot activate the carriers' shipping rate, please contact Shopify Support and ask them to activate it for your shop.

No recomiendo. No existe coste/beneficio, los precios son más altos de los que se encuentran en el mercado. Las tiendas online, como shopify, solo aceptan si pagas 1 año o un plano avanzado y no gastas menos de 800 euros para tener el servicio de BigBuy, no compensa. Algunos de los pedidos hecho por clientes no fueron entregados y tampoco reembolsados.

I have a shopify store and I’m on a monthly plan. I’m not able to install bigbuy app because it’s stating that I need an annual plan. Goofing by the feedback on here you have said that monthly plan can be accepted.

Einkaufkosten sind zu Hoch, App ist nicht auf deutsch verfügbar, und was ich ganz traurig Fine sie lässt sich nicht Deinstallieren.

Regarding the App, you do not need to interact with it, as you just need to install it.
The interface on our control panel which connects to your shop it is indeed translated to German (and other 23 languages), no need to worry about the app language.

Sortiment not good enough.
Prices to high to actually be able to earn a living with you as a supplier.
Had to pay more than 1000 euro to simply be able to access the difficult and slow "Multi-Channel Integration Platform".
Support is slow and not ready to please their customers.
I had the worst supplier experience with you guys and lost a lot of money over literally nothing.
I simply want to cancel my account from you (that I've had for one month), get a refund and part ways without ever looking back.

READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. IT MAY SAVE YOUR MONEY.
This company does not provide 10% of the value it costs. The price to register and integrate to shopify store costs around 350 euros. The pain does not end here, It is also necessary to have Shopify yearly plan to add this courier app with shopify. I was disappointed with their service from the very beginning. Their website has a lot of bugs. So, I reviewed their company with 1 star. Then they emailed and called me to remove the reviews because of Trustpilot. I asked them to cancel my subscription and for a refund. According to their so-called policies they said they can not refund. So, I am writing my honest review of them again.

We confirm that it is not necessary to have annual subscription for the basic features of the app, which are allowed with the basic monthly plan.

Ich Bezahle für BigBuy 189 Euro und ZUSÄTZLICH 153 Euro damit ich Shopify angeblich nutzen kann, und die wollen ZUSÄTZLICH noch dass ich extra zahle oder den Jährlichen Shopify plan kaufe. FÜR WAS ZAHLE ICH ÜBER 342 EURO WENN ICH BIGBUY NICHT MAL MIT MEINEN SHOP KONFIGURIEREN KANN BETRÜGER!!!!!!!!!!!!
I pay 189 euros for BigBuy and an ADDITIONAL 153 euros so that I can supposedly use Shopify, and they want me to pay ADDITIONALLY or buy the annual Shopify plan. WHAT AM I PAYING OVER 342 EUROS FOR IF I CANNOT EVEN CONFIGURE BIGBUY WITH MY SHOP SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
