No serious supplier. A stock level of average 16%, 84% OUT OF STOCK for months now. No communication, only vague promises that they are working on a new system. This is absolutely not a serious partner to work with on a dropping shipping basis. We had to stop all our marketing efforts because of their lack of supply. So no sales anymore from our side. -1, is what i give for BigBuy, they are rubbish, the syncing is not an easy process, the updating is a very long process, when you send them emails, they either take 3+ days to respond or don't respond at all, and when they do eventually respond, it is for an unrelated issue. Yet, they have no issue taking money from your wallet, without any resolution to the problems affecting your inventory. ...
