Absolutely horrible experience with our Brand Nutrispray.
- They take 3 months advance, since they know their customer support and onboarding is horrible. Brand cannot get this money back.
- Their onboarding team is horrible - Took 2 weeks and still couldnt onboard our journey messages
- The marketing promises made by Mr Prem Kisan were all false. We said the 1 thing important to us was customer support and Onboarding support. They put a largely incompetent team that would setup calls after work hours
- They seem to be understaffed. We requested Twice for a change in Support manager, unfortunately no one was allocated.

DONOT GO TO BIK. Its a complete loss of your 3 month amount.

2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting.
3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime.
4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details.

Suggestions:
1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats.
2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT
3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms

Really nice app, I use it for retargeting the website visitors. Really works well. Plus they also provide weekly dashboard which helps you evalute the performance

Outstanding email marketing platform! We've seen great results thanks to their reliable email delivery — campaigns go out on time and consistently land in inboxes. The contact sync is seamless, saving us hours by keeping our lists updated automatically across platforms. The interface is user-friendly, the tools are powerful, and the analytics give us exactly what we need to track performance. It's been a game-changer for our email marketing strategy. Highly recommended for anyone serious about email marketing!

The platform has been efficient to solve for our prelimiary requirements and the team has also been helpful in accomodating requests and answering queries. Even if direct solutions to some aren't available, a workaround is proposed. Especially when it comes to WhatsApp marketing, it has given us room to experiment.

BIK is an excellent UI application for managing customer requirements and facilitating seamless communication. However, it may be cost-prohibitive for small businesses. Throughout our journey, the support team has been highly responsive and proactive.
