One of the best 360 degree solution. Highlight is their support team - Rajat, Vidushi and team are always spot on from the time of onboarding to optimisation.
We are able to do almost everything via this app be it retention, remarketing or acquisition. This is the only solution you need if you are into D2C space.

The best app out there for your all in my marketing needs. BIK is clearly one stop solution provider for all your marketing needs. They integrate with sms,whatsapp, instagram,emails, facebook and messenger seamlessly and handles marketing in these channels really well. The unified helpdesk makes our job easier to address client queries from all channels in a single dashboard. They are always open to feedbacks and ready to make the changes and thats what makes them good. i have used many other softwares before and bik has been the best so far.

I am a BIK user on behalf of my brand The Yellow Dwelling and I'm firstly very happy with the commitment and professional service of the BIK team. Any marketing requirement is serviced innovatively with platform solutions. We sometimes find it hard to set up automation conditions ourselves. Flossy and team just get this done for us so quickly. The monthly support calls are very useful to understand how to use tool offerings correctly and adapt it to my marketing requirements. As a marketeer it is easy to segment, do exclusions and see analytics. I also find it trustworthy as the platform does not over attribute. all in all I recommend!

I recently used this amazing Email and WhatsApp marketing app and was blown away. It's user-friendly and powerful. But what really stood out was the top-notch support, especially from AKANSH.
PRO TIP For BIK - Never let Akansh leave BIK he is an asset as a matter of fact give him some equity in the name of ESOP he deserves that
