The team at Bik is very supportive and willing to help in every step. Multiple integrations made automations easier for us. They have great lead generation and gamification features. Bik also helped us fast track customer support which in turn helped enhance customer satisfaction.

The support team is amazing. Just one minor issue that we are facing is wrt whatsapp catalog. Rest all is great.

Very poor service. I installed and used it for 1 month, after trial ended, no one from their team mail/msg us. Our customer stopped getting delivery confirmation msg. When I talk to them on customer care, they were lazy replies, after 24hrs they said I have to opt fro $200 plan, before that we have set auto billing method, they said you have to increase limit and later said $200 pre-paid plan. If you are serious d2c brand, don't use them.
Not free, only $250, don't waste your time
Bik's Team has done a great job so far supporting Local Nation's initiative on the Bik App. Indeed very prompt and responsive at solving issues and overall a very satisfactory experience with the support provided. Great to see timely updates and new features!
