We’ve had a great experience with BIK as a platform. The journey builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create and optimize customer journeys across different use cases. We’ve also been able to build custom solutions using external APIs and other integrations, which has added a lot of flexibility. Overall, BIK is a powerful and easy-to-use platform, backed by a responsive support team.

BIK has been extremely helpful in Customer engagements. The integration was seamless and provided an excellent experience to us and to the customers. The Analytics sections also provide a detailed insights and visibility into what's working and what's not working. It has also helped our agents to be more organized and reduced FRT & AHT.

Vidushi was a good onboarding manager, she ensured all flows were configured well. However tickets post onboarding take a lot of follow-up for resolution.
Otherwise the tool is useful.

Absolutely horrible experience with our Brand Nutrispray.
- They take 3 months advance, since they know their customer support and onboarding is horrible. Brand cannot get this money back.
- Their onboarding team is horrible - Took 2 weeks and still couldnt onboard our journey messages
- The marketing promises made by Mr Prem Kisan were all false. We said the 1 thing important to us was customer support and Onboarding support. They put a largely incompetent team that would setup calls after work hours
- They seem to be understaffed. We requested Twice for a change in Support manager, unfortunately no one was allocated.

DONOT GO TO BIK. Its a complete loss of your 3 month amount.

BIK is a good platform for marketing campaigns, CRM automation, and customer Support. The automation capabilities have helped us streamline our retention efforts, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

There is still room for improvement in areas such as reporting, analytics, and the turnaround time for feature requests and enhancements. Overall, it is a strong platform with great potential, and we look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.
