BIK has been impressive for us automating a majority of customer responses intuitively thereby streamlining our customer support workload by a mile. We've been using this tool since 2 weeks now and we've had a good experience with the tool. It's very easy to use and navigate through. Customer segmentation has become easier and some additional features like Bik Ai are worth exploring too.
It's surprisingly better than what I expected. The app is user-friendly for a person like me who has very little tech knowledge. The journeys, pop-ups, and campaigns have a lot of optimizations compared to other providers. The onboarding experience & support have been very good in communicating (Kudos to Sarangi).
