We’ve had a great experience using BIK Marketing to streamline our WhatsApp and Email communication. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and comes packed with features like automation, campaign flows, and helpdesk - all within one dashboard. Suggestions:
1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats.
2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT
3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms
