We’ve had a great experience using BIK Marketing to streamline our WhatsApp and Email communication. Suggestions:
1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats.
2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT
3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms
