We’ve had a great experience using BIK Marketing to streamline our WhatsApp and Email communication. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and comes packed with features like automation, campaign flows, and helpdesk - all within one dashboard. Team is responsive and helpful, especially our account manager Nishant. Highly recommended for D2C brands looking to scale retention marketing.

Features I'm happy about:
1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp
2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting.
3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime.
4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details.
Suggestions:
1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats.
2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT
3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms
