Great team, great app.
Overall excellent product and team to work with!
Absolutely horrible experience with our Brand Nutrispray.
- They take 3 months advance, since they know their customer support and onboarding is horrible. Brand cannot get this money back.
- Their onboarding team is horrible - Took 2 weeks and still couldnt onboard our journey messages
- The marketing promises made by Mr Prem Kisan were all false. We said the 1 thing important to us was customer support and Onboarding support. They put a largely incompetent team that would setup calls after work hours
- They seem to be understaffed. We requested Twice for a change in Support manager, unfortunately no one was allocated.
DONOT GO TO BIK. Its a complete loss of your 3 month amount.
We’ve been using BIK for more than a year now and it’s been a great experience.
The platform is very easy to use and makes our daily work so much smoother.
