We’ve had a great experience with BIK as a platform. The journey builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create and optimize customer journeys across different use cases. Overall, BIK is a powerful and easy-to-use platform, backed by a responsive support team.
BIK has been extremely helpful in Customer engagements. The integration was seamless and provided an excellent experience to us and to the customers. The Analytics sections also provide a detailed insights and visibility into what's working and what's not working. It has also helped our agents to be more organized and reduced FRT & AHT.
Vidushi was a good onboarding manager, she ensured all flows were configured well. However tickets post onboarding take a lot of follow-up for resolution.
Otherwise the tool is useful.
