This app connects your Shopify webshop to your Billit administration. That’s why you don’t have to manually type out data, since the orders are transferred automatically to Billit. This is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid or partially paid. The correct price-details (e.g. order details) and customer-details are transferred to Billit. A detailed online manual is available.

Wat een opluchting dat zo iets bestaat! Bespaart me enorm veel werk en mijn boekhouder is ook blij. Support is super snel en bekwaam. Kan het enkel maar aanraden aan iedereen!

App werkt niet! Loopt heel de tijd vast!
Tja.... Het lijkt erop dat de klant zaterdag heeft geprobeerd te koppelen en dat dit door een externe oorzaak niet is gelukt. Gelukkig logde de klant een ticket waar we maandagochtend 08.40 direct op gereageerd hebben. Doel was de klant te helpen de koppeling te leggen en indien mogelijk te achterhalen wat er was misgegaan. Helaas heeft de klant ondanks meerdere opvolg emails niet gereageerd en zullen we nooit weten wat er mis ging. Nog spijtiger heeft de klant nu niet de voordelen van een koppeling naar Billit. We hopen dat ze alsnog contact met ons opnemen. Dan helpen we graag even.
