Am Anfang hatte ich ein paar kleinere Fragen und der Support war sehr gut und hilfreich. Doch sobald ich ein Problem hatte, das nicht schnell behoben werden konnte, ging es los. Ich warte nun seit 4 Wochen auf die Behebung eines Problems. Es hiess, dass es der IT weitergeleitet wurde und seither warte ich.
Seit 2 Wochen werde ich komplett ignoriert. Meine online vereinbarten Telefontermine werden einfach 15 Minuten vorher ohne Begründung abgesagt, meine E-Mails an den Mitarbeiter und an die Support-E-Mail werden ignoriert, per Telefon nimmt keiner ab und wenn man einstellt, dass man zurückgerufen werden möchte, passiert dies auch nicht. Ich kann verstehen, wenn ein Problem nicht sofort behoben werden kann, aber dies ist für mich absolut kein guter Kundendienst. Ich weiss nicht, wann mein Problem behoben wird und ob es überhaupt jemals behoben wird. Mein Onlineshop wäre fertig, ich warte nur noch auf Billomat bis ich endlich Online gehen kann und Geld verdienen kann. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

We have been using Billomat for 5 years now and were previously using the old shopify app (now deprecated) to connect to Billomat. This new app is far superior and improved in many ways. The best feature imo is to be able to precisely define at what stage (ie order created/fulfilled/payed) invoices are created and sent to the customer.

We use Billomat because it allows us to customise invoice design and email notification design, thus helping us to keep our customer facing consistent.

Here are some ideas on how to further improve the app:

Fix:
- the app adds labels with the invoice number to orders. If the order already has labels, those labels are overwritten instead of the new Billomat label being added to the current set of labels.

Enhancement:
- add support to import shipping address in addition to billing address
- add support to display payment status and method on invoices (paid with Visa ***1234)

Feature Request:
- custom mapping of shopify metafields (ie customer / orders) to Billomat "Benutzerdefinierte Attribute"

OPTARISE

Katastrophaler Kundenservice. Nach WOCHEN absolut keine einzige Antwort bekommen um Billomat einrichten zu können.

es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr so lange auf eine Antwort von uns warten musstet. Das entspricht definitiv nicht den Ansprüchen, die wir an uns selbst stellen.
Eure Mail scheint aufgrund eines erhöhten Support-Aufkommens in den letzten Tagen leider untergegangen zu sein. Die Kollegen haben sich aber inzwischen darum gekümmert und Euch einen Lösungsvorschlag für Euer Problem zukommen lassen.
