    Die App an sich funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings fehlen einige wichtige Features. Für mich persönlich ist es die fehlende Übermittlung der Zahlungsmethode, die mir viel zusätzliche Arbeit macht. So muss ich die Rechnungen immer nochmal händisch bearbeiten, bevor ich sie abschließen kann. Bei einem initialen Beratungsgespräch vor (8 Monaten) wurde mir gesagt, dass dieses Feature schon auf der To-Do-Liste steht, aber bisher ist leider nichts passiert.

    Kundendaten werden automatisch an Billomat übertragen, da hört der Vorteil aber auch schon auf.
    Es ist z.B. kein Matching mit bestehenden Artikelnummern möglich.
    Man muss sich für eine Rechnungsvorlage entscheiden, es gibt also keine Möglichkeit auf unterschiedliche Verkaufsszenarien einzugehen.
    Das größte Manko für mich: Die Steuer ID wird nicht übermittelt. Für eine Buchhaltungsapp einfach nur peinlich und somit nur begrenzt nutzbar. Wir müssen jede Rechnung nochmal manuell anpassen / kontrollieren. Von automatisiertem Rechnungsversand kann hier nicht die Rede sein.

    Am Anfang hatte ich ein paar kleinere Fragen und der Support war sehr gut und hilfreich. Doch sobald ich ein Problem hatte, das nicht schnell behoben werden konnte, ging es los. Ich warte nun seit 4 Wochen auf die Behebung eines Problems. Es hiess, dass es der IT weitergeleitet wurde und seither warte ich.
    Seit 2 Wochen werde ich komplett ignoriert. Meine online vereinbarten Telefontermine werden einfach 15 Minuten vorher ohne Begründung abgesagt, meine E-Mails an den Mitarbeiter und an die Support-E-Mail werden ignoriert, per Telefon nimmt keiner ab und wenn man einstellt, dass man zurückgerufen werden möchte, passiert dies auch nicht. Ich kann verstehen, wenn ein Problem nicht sofort behoben werden kann, aber dies ist für mich absolut kein guter Kundendienst. Ich weiss nicht, wann mein Problem behoben wird und ob es überhaupt jemals behoben wird. Mein Onlineshop wäre fertig, ich warte nur noch auf Billomat bis ich endlich Online gehen kann und Geld verdienen kann. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
