I had an issue with my UET Tag - conversion not being counted. Your staff corrected it and also had to adjust the conversion goal. All done in a matter of minutes. Excellent work....thank you...carol

The app is easy to integrate with Shopify and Microsoft Merchant Center. There were a couple of hiccups and each time I reached out to their Support, the staff immediately responded and resolved each issue extremely quickly. They are Professionals and exemplify Customer Service and Technical Support. Thank you very much!

Worked perfectly for us. We had no problems setting it up and the feed went straight through. Would recommend as a stand-alone feed, just for Bing.

I recently upgraded to the new version of the Bing Shopping Feed App. Very straightforward process. Contacted support to help clarify that the feed update was successful. Support was super quick along with my feed to the merchant centre. Fantastic!

I used the App to verify my Feed file link. In my opinion, the App works as expected. Great! However, because of earlier data input requirements some confusion could occur, such as the "Source URL" field. Maybe an example format of the data expected to be placed in that field. For instance: "Example - https://mywebsite.com "
That's my take! Nonetheless, You guys do a great job!

I had been trying to get my conversions to show up in the tracking for 2 months. I had asked everyone I could think of for help - Google, Bing, etc. Finally, someone suggested that I contact Symprosis. I did and Milan Vaghela fixed it almost immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

The support team is excellent - super responsive and pro-active in helping to troubleshoot. As a new shopify store owner, I have had numerous challenges with coding and things that are beyond my learning curve. The Bing Shopping Feed team has been there helping me solve my issues every step of the way. They go the extra mile!!

The apps fed all my products into Bing and Google ads platforms. They were always immediate, accurate, and updated. They kept me apprised of any alerts. The support was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel like they cared about my success.
