We are new to the world of eCommerce, online stores, Bing and Google advertising. Some of the time we find it hard to know what to do. I work in a technical field, but this one is so unlike anything else I have done.

The folks at Simprosys have been very helpful to us and very prompt in getting back to us. Very much worth the small amount of money we pay each month!

Milan Vaghela was amazing . Answered a ll my questions and got everything running for me. I was having a problem with my Bing feed and after a couple of communications all was fixed.

Being new to Shopify I'm still in the learning process. I had some queries regarding my Bing Shopify Feed run by Simprosys. Milan from Simprosys was very helpful & gave me some practical advice & insights regarding product advertising.

The support for this app is excellent, very quick email responses complete with clear explanations and screenshots. I can actually get responses right away while I am trying to fix a problem! Very impressed

I submitted a ticket because I didnt understand why my variants were not showing up in my microsoft merchant center. Customer service ( Milan) got back to me immediately and helped me to resolve the issues in a very clear way. I was about to have a skype call with Customer service, but my issue got resolved my email so I didnt use this service at the end.
Can highly recommend!
