i been charged for a few months and my Bing app stil not working, i will need some help but it seem they can fix it . i will like some help again if you dont mind.

Excellent App, User-Friendly & Extremely Useful, Highly Recommended!
I have to give the developer a lot of credit for his excellent customer service and wonderful app. About a week after I uploaded my feed, he contacted me out of the blue because he noticed that the feed hadn't yet received any clicks - and wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong.
As it turns out, I just hadn't gotten around to setting up the actual shopping campaign in Bing with a daily budget, etc, and there was nothing wrong with the app itself. The feed was created perfectly, and everything on the app's end was done flawlessly. Not only was I impressed with the app itself, but the extra step of checking in after the app had been installed and seeing if I needed help, was very impressive.
Excellent support! Milan has been more the helpful to solve on every situation we have submitted. Kudos for Milan!! The best!
I scouted easily a dozen different apps for shopping feeds before settling on this particular one, drawn to its promises of ease of use and support. It delivers! Amit Jivani offered premium Skype support when I emailed with a few questions, ensuring that I had done things correctly and the feed was optimized over a period of several days. Within the first week, I saw several sales directly from the feed. I am very pleased thus far.

Very helpful developers. Always responds quickly to my questions about the app. Even helped me look into my specific issue.
Product IDs are still not in the MMA so the problem is not resolved. I'm going to wait 48hrs to see what happens.
