Super easy to setup - no messing around with spreadsheets and no getting it wrong. I got an error back from Bing but reached out to the team who had me straightened out within 45 minutes., Impressive service all round.

The Bing Shopping Feed makes my life a whole lot easier.
I'm most impressed with the help I got from tech support. In the last request for assistance, I asked 6 detailed questions. Quite often TS of companies just give the shortest replies possible. In this case Milan gave a detailed answer to each question. I did not need to go back with follow up questions.
Also, the replies are speedy. I know if I ask a question and go somewhere, the answer is waiting for me when I'm back.
