I am truly impressed with their level of customer support. I sent couple of emails asking questions, and they replied with to-the-point answers with details for the questions I asked. I can see their commitment to help us grow our business using their app and Bing Shopping.

Christopher from Bing Shopping was amazing! He helped us set everything up and made sure that our shopping ad was set up correcting and working. He was in regular contact with me providing me with updates, answered all my questions and explained everything to so that I understood what he was doing. Getting the Bing Shopping app has proven to be an excellent decision. Very functional with speedy results. Helps invaluably make the most of the new Microsoft Ads system. Could not ask for better customer support--really above and beyond. Also, an excellent guide to starting a MS Ads campaign is included. Very clear and accessible instructions.

Easy to install with great instructions. I had a bit of trouble with getting my feed to go through. Contacted support and they were very quick to respond and fixed the issue promptly. I would recommend this app! I am glad I have it!
