We have worked with a lot of options and bitChat is the the best we have come to use so far: 1 - the agent is very reliable and the conversational model is very loyal to our knowledge base and never allucinates. The dashboard is also very easy to use and there is a lot of space for prompts. 2 - the cost - benefit of Bitchat also good as we have one provider for both whatsapp and instagram DM where we get most our demands from clients.
The support is also great. Our business model is a little more complex than usual and support has been very opened to hear our issues and adapt the tool as much as possible to cover our needs.
