The app makes it easy to recover carts and send out WhatsApp campaigns. I also like that it connects with Instagram and Messenger, plus the AI tags are handy for follow ups. It does take a little time to get used to, but overall it’s been helpful for sales.

We've been using bitChat for close to 6 months now, the support team is very responsive and simplified our work a lot.

Updated 14/5/2025:
After they launched new plan, now all automated messages come with their footer "powered by bitbybit", there was no communication update to their customers. We only realised when we look into the automated messages.
The customer service has also gone from 5 to 0, most of it are AI powered chats which leave you with 0 solution.
If you want something cheap that can work? Yes.
If you want to be able to customise + good support that actually respond to you? There are better alternatives out there.
