I have had a great experience with Bitespeed. The team is super helpful and proactive too.

I have seen an immense uplift and sales using Abandoned Cart and Marketing for Whatsapp.

This app is easier to use and integrate as compared to WebEngage and MoEngage.

i love the team and the kind of support they bring to you. Marketing on whatsapp and email is very daunting but the team at bitespeed has made everything very approachable and easy to manage. Everyone from Kamna, Yash, Ayush and Vaishnavi have been very kind and helpful to help me setup all the automations and broadcasts. The softwares is also quite well thought out. I was using interakt before which is less intuitive than bitespeed. I really like the small details such as the order history of the customer shown on the right of the chat and integration of everything in one place be it email, whatsapp, or facebook and instagram inbox and comments. i am glad i moved to bitespeed. it is a bit expensive though but well worth it if you have to manage a significant customer interactions each day. highly recommend.

We’ve been using Bitespeed for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. It makes managing customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger so seamless. The interface is clean, super intuitive, and doesn’t require a steep learning curve—which was a big plus for our team.

What really stands out is the automation. Setting up flows for abandoned cart reminders, order updates, and welcome messages was incredibly easy, and we’ve seen a noticeable boost in engagement and conversions since we started using it. The WhatsApp broadcasts are especially powerful, and being able to segment and personalize messages has made a real difference.

The Bitespeed team has been great to work with. They really understand eCommerce and helped us improve how we talk to our customers on WhatsApp. Their tools made it easy to recover abandoned carts and send personalized messages, which boosted our sales.

What we liked most is how helpful and responsive their team is. They always made sure we had what we needed and were quick to support us. Notable work done by the POC we were assigned who goes by the name Ayush V.

We've had a great experience with Bitespeed so far. The setup was quick, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage campaigns and track performance. Compared to our previous setup with Salesforce, Bitespeed works much more smoothly with Shopify — we had frequent integration issues with Salesforce, but those are gone now.

The automation tools for WhatsApp marketing, abandoned cart recovery, and customer segmentation have helped us significantly increase engagement and sales. We also appreciate the omnichannel approach, letting us reach customers through WhatsApp, email, SMS, and push notifications — all from one place.

Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance, and the team regularly rolls out updates with new features, keeping our marketing efforts fresh and effective.

We're also using Bitespeed alongside tools like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp API, Judge.me, Stamped, Loox, and Yotpo — and everything integrates well.

Highly recommend it for Shopify merchants looking to streamline their marketing.

We’ve been using BiteSpeed for a while now and it’s honestly been a great experience. The setup was super smooth and the tools are really easy to use, even if you’re not super technical.

We started seeing great results soon after we got our campaigns running. The automation and chat features have made it so much easier to stay connected with our customers across channels.

Bitespeed is a great app for retention marketing. It’s easy to use and has really helped us reach out to our customers on WhatsApp. The analytics is also equally good. The support team is very helpful and always quick to respond. Only downside is the pricing , it’s quite high and could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses. But overall, it’s a very useful tool.
