B: WhatsApp Chat, Abandon Cart

BiteSpeed has been really helpful for our business, especially for WhatsApp marketing. The campaign features make it easy to reach customers with offers and updates, while abandoned cart and checkout calling help us follow up with customers and recover potential orders. Overall, a very useful platform for improving customer engagement and conversions.

The platform is smooth, with a very user friendly UI/UX that makes things easy to navigate. But what really stands out is the team — they’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the onboarding process.

Really happy with the experience so far and excited to see what we can build together!

-10/10 — Stay Away From Bitespeed

I would strongly recommend any Shopify store owner to NOT even try Bitespeed.

In my experience, the entire process feels completely different before and after payment. Before payment, the sales team is extremely responsive. Once you pay, you are essentially ghosted.

The abandoned checkout recovery performance was also extremely disappointing. Out of 100 abandoned checkouts, sometimes fewer than 10 customers would receive a call or message. Even when we asked why the numbers were so low, nobody could provide a proper explanation or solution.

The call bot is painfully slow and makes conversations frustrating for customers.

The support experience was equally terrible. Yash, the sales representative, was very active before payment. After payment, he created a group and disappeared. Then came Sunanda, the KAM, whose availability and support were extremely inconsistent. After that, Harshvardhan told us to contact him with any queries, but when actual questions were raised, there were rarely any useful answers.

Then comes the billing part. After one month, the billing team contacted us demanding payment and stated that the dashboard would be locked until the bill was paid. What makes this even worse is that once the dashboard is locked, you can't even properly access your previous metrics and historical data.

We were also told to purchase a Nitro Commerce subscription to identify anonymous visitors. After purchasing it, they couldn't properly connect it with Bitespeed. We ended up having meetings with the NitroX team, which ultimately resulted in a technical ticket being raised with Bitespeed — and still no proper solution.

Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience with poor performance, poor communication, poor support, and very little accountability after payment.

My strongest recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON BITESPEED.

If you're a Shopify store owner considering Bitespeed, don't even try it. Look for alternatives. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
