i love the team and the kind of support they bring to you. Marketing on whatsapp and email is very daunting but the team at bitespeed has made everything very approachable and easy to manage. Everyone from Kamna, Yash, Ayush and Vaishnavi have been very kind and helpful to help me setup all the automations and broadcasts. The softwares is also quite well thought out. I was using interakt before which is less intuitive than bitespeed. I really like the small details such as the order history of the customer shown on the right of the chat and integration of everything in one place be it email, whatsapp, or facebook and instagram inbox and comments. i am glad i moved to bitespeed. it is a bit expensive though but well worth it if you have to manage a significant customer interactions each day. highly recommend.
