Didn't think of writing this review. But the sales team has literally ghosted me after selling the services, even though the flows are not working due to some backend issues at their end they are not willing to give refund and postpone onboarding which wasn't expected. We are in peak season and the support times are just terrible a simple reply takes 24 hrs from the support team.
Do not waste your money with BITESPEED. Their sales team will harass you every 3 to 4 hours, calling constantly and forcing you to buy their 3-month advanced plan.

It's been a month now, and 1 month's money is wasted...
The moment they receive your payment, they completely disappear.I have paid for a 3-month subscription, and now I am getting absolutely zero support.
They have not been able to fix a single technical issue or concern. No one calls back, and no one cares. They are only active when they want your money. Worst experience ever.
The customer support team is terrible, and the product has too many bugs!
The moment you pay for their '3-month subscription', you lose all the tech support from them.
You keep struggling to reach the POCs, to get their tech glitches solved, but it keeps on stacking on a WhatsApp group with 40 other people, where no one cares to respond.
