I am just trying to set things up. Everything takes time to understand but BixGrow seems to have most of features I need. Their monthly subscription is reasonable. I have been manually running the affiliate scheme for a while and it's a lot of hassle. I hope that it helps me lots.. I think it would do and the good thing about the customer service is they work 18 hours a day and Mon-Sat. Their response is quick, so I recommend it.

I wanted my store to have something that was easy to use, professional looking and to help me facilitate quicker. Just starting out, this is a must have. Highly recommend this app. If your using Shopify, its in the Shopify App Store. Also the CHAT aspect helps things move along faster when setting up. Love it!

So far it's been great. Customer service is great too. It's laking a couple customisation features like different cookie lengths for different programs. but on the whole it's a very solid app.

Update - BixGrow addressed the issues we had immediately, they added custom cookie lengths per program and added unique id's we can tag customers and orders with. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Bixgrow's features continue to surprise me, they have everything needed and more to setup a seamless, easy to use but also developed affiliate program.
