I have done very detailed work to compare the various app to manage affiliates. First, discard some apps that are really expensive and then select a few more accessible for a small store. After comparing features, and installing some, BixGrow wins hands down. The backend infrastructure is modern, friendly and pretty customizable. The interface for customers and affiliates is also very appealing and user-friendly (on average my users are not very techy so this was very important for me and that's why I discontinued 2 apps I used in the past). Customer service is excellent, I have chatted first with Quinn and then with Pam and cleared my (long) list of questions pretty easily. Ended up purchasing the PRO plan immediately. The value is huge and I am sure it will repay super fast.

The dashboard UI is easy to understand, and the free functionality available to affiliates under the free tier is great

BixGrow is amazing! It's perfect for small businesses who don't have a lot of money to spend. It's exactly what I need! Other apps would make you pay just to have half the features BixGrow gives you for free. The UI is very nice and easy to understand. Being able to upload media is a huge plus! I definitely recommend this app!
