At Wayzn.com we use the app for both affiliate and refer-a-friend. It is convenient being able to manage both programs with a single app. The affiliate side is easy to set up and easy to use, but the referral half of the app is not very mature yet (even basic reporting is missing), so I can only give four stars. I have used a lot of plug-ins and the thing that shines brightest about Bix is their customer support. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a level of support way above what we get from other apps that cost 10x what we pay for Bix.

I was able to get my issue resolved. This is my first time using an affiliate program so i hope this works out well for my company and affiliates.

Experiencing a couple of headaches setting up re international payments and tax, but I think I'm getting there... support has been very helpful.

I recommend leaving the Tiers option in the commission options of the settings for the programs we create. The functionality of the two different Tiers options you have in the app are completely different and we need the flexibility. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!!

So far so good! I haven't onboarded any influencers just yet. We did a test account and it seems pretty self explanatory. Thank you BixGrow for all of your thoroughness, attention to detail and really going above and beyond to create a platform that makes this process fun and exciting. qiuck and easy but how do i send out the registration form to potential affiliates that is the only problem once i find that itll be a 5 star app highly recommend

I think this app has great potential. It has many more features than its competitors. That being said, there are some small glitches but the support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the free part is really interesting! ;-)
