I signed up, filled out whatever was required.
Nothing.
Contacted support after a few weeks. They just directed me to some documentation.
I contacted them again last week. No reply.
I am uninstalling.
Upon reviewing our records, we see that you contacted us via Shopify on October 26th, and one of our agents responded that same morning with detailed information regarding your query.
It seems that the email address you used may not be very active. Therefore, we have sent an email to your another email address for further investigation. We would truly appreciate it if you could check and update us!
They don't care about you as a customer. The app lacks many features, and when you talk to their customer service, they operate in 'liquidation mode' rather than focusing on solutions
Thank you for leaving a negative review although we are surprised to receive it, especially from you. You just installed the app and then wanted to use the Custom Domain feature (which is clearly stated as exclusive to the PRO plan) while you didn't want to upgrade to a paid plan for that. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet your needs like this as we need funds to further develop the app.
Not particularly reliable in my opinion, I don't like the design and you can't change the language
Hi there, we're sorry that the Language translations & editing feature you want to use is only included in the paid plan and not the free plan that you're using. We have always made it clear for our merchants by including all feature details in our pricing section that you can take a look at before choosing a plan. We have the intention of adding Hebrew to the language selection in the near future as well, so we'd really appreciate your kind patience in the meantime. You can't actually use this to pay affiliates unless you are on the $10/month plan, but they don't tell you that.
Hi there, we do and we still offer manual payment methods outside the app for free - which we have always made clear for our merchants by including all feature details in our pricing section that you can take a look at before choosing a plan.
