Still charging me two months later for an app i havent even got inxtalled

We understand the frustration and want to clear up how Shopify billing works for everyone's peace of mind.
Shopify completely controls the billing infrastructure. Every app runs on its own independent 30-day cycle that rarely aligns with your main Shopify bill. That said, if an app's cycle starts right before you uninstall it, Shopify will still include that final, pre-generated charge on your next upcoming invoice, although uninstalling the app immediately stops all future cycles.
While Shopify automatically generates these bills, we absolutely can and do issue refunds for any accidental overlaps. We have already reached out to you directly via chat to process your refund and look forward to your cooperation.
