So far it's going super well! The setup process with BixGrow has been great. The team is responsive and helps you to customize your app instantly, both on the back end like a custom domain, and on the front-end website that you create for people to sign up on. All of my questions have been answered and guidance on how to set up the functionality provided. I am grateful that after comparing many of these apps and settling on BixGrow it is all coming together quickly and easily. Setup was easy and fast and any queries I had were resolved quickly and easily. Am just getting started with BixGrow but I must say support from Evelyn is the best I have received from testing 4 different affiliate apps.
She was able to understand and answer complex questions, and asked for clarification when she did not understand.
That they have well-trained support staff that respond quickly gives me confidence.
