We implemented BixGrow in just 2–3 days and now our ambassador program is fully up and running.
The setup process was straightforward, the Shopify integration worked smoothly, and everything is functioning exactly as expected. We were able to create a private ambassador program, assign custom discount codes, and give our ambassadors access to their own dashboards.
What really stood out was the customer support team. Responses were fast, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire setup process.
So far, our experience has been excellent and we're very happy with the platform.
Excellent support! Leo helped us configure our custom domain (creadores.golden-rose.es) quickly and professionally. The whole process, including DNS verification and SSL setup, was smooth and completed within minutes. We are building a fully customized affiliate program for our Shopify store, and BixGrow has been a great solution. Highly recommended!
Wirklich die cleanste App für Affilate Marketing, hab viele probiert aber die ist gut, support passt auch sachen custom an!

I have been exploring a couple of affiliate marketing app and decided on using BigGrow. The user interface was friendly and easy to navigate which stood out compared to the others I tried. The features and functions were also plenty. Also, worth mentioning was the the customer support. I needed help with some customization and Amy from the support team was patient and helpful and helped me set it up in no time.

We understand the frustration and want to clear up how Shopify billing works for everyone's peace of mind.
Shopify completely controls the billing infrastructure. Every app runs on its own independent 30-day cycle that rarely aligns with your main Shopify bill. That said, if an app's cycle starts right before you uninstall it, Shopify will still include that final, pre-generated charge on your next upcoming invoice, although uninstalling the app immediately stops all future cycles.
While Shopify automatically generates these bills, we absolutely can and do issue refunds for any accidental overlaps. We have already reached out to you directly via chat to process your refund and look forward to your cooperation.

I’ve been testing BixGrow Affiliate on their free plan. Although I was tied up with other priorities and my trial ended, the BixGrow team kindly extended it for me upon request, which I really appreciate.

The app offers a wide range of features and fully meets my requirements. Pricing is also reasonable, making it a solid choice for affiliate marketing.
