Great app, and incredible prices. Minimal but effective - there's nothing superfluous here.
Unfortunately, didn't work with Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay checkouts which are a lot of what our customers use, so we couldn't use it. Support was quick to respond and tell me this, which was super helpful with the built-in chat.

However, we couldn't seem to find any chat history between you and our support agents, especially regarding checkout. We tested the BixGrow Affiliate Marketing app during our evaluation phase, but it did not align well with our requirements.
The app is feature-rich, but the overall setup and interface feel quite complex, especially for teams looking for a straightforward referral or affiliate solution. It seems more suitable for businesses with dedicated resources to manage affiliate programs rather than smaller or locally focused operations.
Pricing is on the higher side compared to similar apps, which makes it less appealing during the early or growth stages.
Another concern was the support experience, which was not very helpful during our testing phase and made the onboarding process more challenging than expected.
Due to these factors, we decided not to proceed further with the app. With improvements in usability, pricing flexibility, and support, it could be a better fit for a wider range of businesses.

Regarding your concern about pricing, we strive to offer the most competitive rates in the market, though we currently reserve discounts specifically for annual commitments rather than monthly plans.

I recommend leaving the Tiers option in the commission options of the settings for the programs we create. The functionality of the two different Tiers options you have in the app are completely different and we need the flexibility. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!!
