Bizrate Customer Feedback

We've relied on Bizrate Insights to collect customer feedback and reviews for years on our old Magento site, so when we migrated to Shopify, keeping Bizrate in place was a top priority. App is super simple to install, all you need is your customer number to launch it and then add the code to site is super simple as all you need to do is copy and paste it from your customer page. Im grateful there is a trustworthy site that will allow customers to leave reviews (other sites do not allow these niche sites to be part of their review app).
