We have been using them for over a decade first as a custom built site and now on shopify. Have always been super easy to work with and the app is a breeze to setup and collect reviews for google.
We have been using Bizrate Insights for well over 10 years and find it a valuable resource to understand both concerns about our products (and website) but also highlight what we are doing right! The support and personal service they provide is well above average.
