I have to give KUDOS to the wonderful, very patient, hold-my-hand customer service received on multiple occasions from John. It didn't matter what the issue was I was constantly being reminded to take my time and reassured we would get through it, and until we did stayed by my side for almost 2 hours one day. I usually try to figure things out on my own and never bother customer service, but I was completely at ease, and any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought it was, didn't feel awkward asking. Not only was advice given, but articles regarding the topic were immediately on my screen for reference. It was like my mind was being read, and the path of our conversation was not foreign. I appreciate the kindness and care shown to me when I'm entering a new chapter I've always wanted to write and without John I would be so lost. So THANKYOU John!

I'm very grateful that I found Blanka. They have the quickest, one on one customer service! John has been there at every step so far. Being a newbie at all of this, I've gotten the best customer service I think I've ever had anywhere! I think Lee is another one that's helped me a lot. Your not getting bots, you get real people and that's rare these days. I will hopefully succeed at this and work with Blanka for a long time!

I just have to rave about my experience with Blanka! As a drop shipper of their skincare products, I can't speak highly enough about the quality of their items and their stellar customer service. The products are thoughtfully formulated with clean ingredients and always ship and arrive looking beautiful. The prices are so reasonable too, allowing me to make a good profit while still providing great value to my own customers.

But what really stands out is the top-notch customer service, especially from their agent John. He is so friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about all of Blanka's products. Whenever I had a question or needed help with an order, John was right there with a speedy reply and solution. His dedication to helping me succeed as a drop shipper is really appreciated.

With amazing products and customer service like Blanka provides, it's no wonder my drop shipping business is thriving! A big 5 stars for this fantastic manufacturer and for John's outstanding support. I'm so glad I chose to partner with them and highly recommend Blanka to other drop shippers!

Blanka's customer experience is wonderful. They understand the value of going above and beyond for customers. I recently needed support, and one of their client success team members, John, was responsive and went out of his way to find a solution to a problem that was my fault, not theirs.

So far my experience has been awesome! Their representative John replied to an email I sent concerning product mock up’s and whether I sent the correct format of my logo. It unraveled issues with my logo itself but John was very patient in explaining why and what colors and formats would be printable. I ended up having to edit gradient colors etc in my logo but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my visualization on the website and that I completely understood the process & dos/donts in terms of what’s printable. He was concerned about what I wanted and found a balance between what is acceptable. Honestly it made me even more comfortable using Blanka for my custom products and I haven’t even gotten my samples yet!

I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4. I do appreciate that yesterday was Sunday and someone did reach to attempt to resolve my issue. Very nice people to work with. I even received a phone call where I was assisted with my issue and my issue was resolved. And thank you all for assisting me. I can't wait to launch your products. I do however have another small issue which I'm sure will be resolved. I get it technology is iffy & for the most part is out of our hands. If someone is reading this review, please reach out to me tomorrow.

First, Blanka provides a plethora of information on their website to help you make the best decision for your business. Their pricing is transparent so there are no surprises. I had a few questions which were just simply unique to what I was trying to do and the customer service at Blanka is incredible!! John was extremely helpful today as I was trying to upgrade my account and place another sample order for the men's skincare. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Thank you!

As for the products - I ordered the women's skincare a few weeks ago and the customers we asked to try the sample products love the formulas. Overall, great products, great service, and the app is user-friendly. There is a little more of an initial payment, like with the brand plate, than we had anticipated but overall, I think we are happy with our decision to use Blanka to launch our skincare line.

I had a great experience with John, who helped me resolve an issue. He was polite, attentive, and efficient. He listened to my concerns and offered a satisfactory solution.
