I have received great help from Patrick, at a time when I thought I had done everything wrong, he enlightened me and helped me with my problem!! Do not install this app. They said you have a trial period of 14 days, but that is a lie. They tried to charge my card the moment I installed it and have been trying to charge $79 every single day. I opened a support ticket, and it took one week to be resolved after several back-and-forth exchanges.

In a very pragmatic way. The blanka platform is user-friendly, the service is always quick and provides answers to all queries. The online chat is super practical and whenever we are lucky enough to be assisted by John we are sure that we will have a solution to whatever our challenge may be. It's much more interesting to work this way.

A customer placed an order which had issues and John sent me an email to advise and helped me resolve the issue right away. He was very responsive and provided me with different options on how I would like to resolve. He also provided documentation to help me with orders. Very knowledgeable and great communication!

I'm a new merchant and so far am LOVING the Blanka experience. John has been so helpful in answering all of my questions as I work to transition my skin care business to feature all Blanka products. Love the customer experience and how quick they are to respond to my questions and needs.
