Support is fast to respond and super helpful, Patrick was very encouraging since I'm new to E-commerce, and understood it can be overwhelming. So far Blanca is the easiest app I've used for importing product, with the exception of not having variants of the same product in one listing, and having to copy and paste SKU into my item listing. I'm assuming that will come with an upgrade to a better plan, which I can't wait for! Overall, it's really amazing!

Customer support is incredibly helpful and even when they're not available, the AI is always on hand to answer all questions and its been answering all of my questions perfectly. Definitely recommend

A customer placed an order which had issues and John sent me an email to advise and helped me resolve the issue right away. He was very responsive and provided me with different options on how I would like to resolve. He also provided documentation to help me with orders. Very knowledgeable and great communication!
